Retrieve a transfer attempt

One attempt in full: its outcome, the failure detail if it failed, and the transfer, authorization and order it resolved to.

Update a transfer attempt

Records a milestone or finalizes an attempt. Scoped to the calling company and environment, so an attempt belonging to another tenant is not found rather than updated.
