Get email settings (sender identity + sandbox redirect + customizations)

Returns the company's sender identity (from name / from address / reply-to), its sandbox redirect settings, and the array of per-email-type customizations. Coalesced into a single response so the dashboard renders them on one round trip. `sandbox_redirect.resolved` is where unmatched sandbox mail will actually go right now — computed by the same resolver the send path uses — and is null when the setting is off or nothing resolves.
